Territorial Executive Multi Accounts Specialist

The Territorial Executive Multi Accounts role is a key position within our organization, responsible for partnering with business segments to deliver support, expertise, and partnership. This role demands specialized expertise in various business areas, working closely with the business to support a wide range of products and offerings through a complex and demanding distribution network.
Key Responsibilities- Train and negotiate with retail partners to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze data from reports to inform sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure assigned stores meet conversion rate targets.
- Manage budgets and motivate associates to achieve sales goals.
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in economic-administrative careers.
- Supervisory experience in department stores or self-service environments.
- Sales experience, preferably in electronics, white goods, or computer sales.
- Training and feedback skills, with a focus on sales and negotiation.
- Results-oriented and goal-driven, with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
