Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Leader to develop and execute comprehensive, integrated B2B lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful demand generation campaigns, with expertise in planning, executing, and analyzing results using Google Analytics and HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Qualified Leads: Develop lead generation strategies, objectives, goals, and metrics to drive successful customer acquisition and current customer upsell opportunities.
  • Integrated Campaign Development: Execute an integrated mix of SEO and SEM, inbound marketing campaigns for acquisition, including emails, landing pages, calls-to-action, and content.
  • Lead Nurture: Manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation sales funnel.
  • Marketing Automation: Ensure optimization of marketing automation best practices to attract and guide qualified leads through the sales process.
  • Content Creation: Develop converting content, such as landing pages, blogs, video scripts, and host podcasts and webinars.
  • Calendar and Task Management: Keep a calendar of all lead generation campaigns, goals, budgets, and metrics to optimize awareness and demand generation efforts.
  • Targeting and Segmentation: Segment target audiences based on industries, personas, ICPs, and demographic criteria and completed interactions.
  • Lead Generation Workflows: Define lead flow processes and work with the Inside Sales team to optimize interdepartmental service level agreements.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on lead generation performance metrics, using the data to continually optimize campaigns.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience leading B2B demand generation campaigns and proven results in successfully planning, executing, and building programs and reports in Google Analytics and HubSpot.
