About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Director to join our team at NTT DATA, Inc. in Mexico. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving project schedules from design to release, informing clients, and managing production launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development, sales, account management, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure seamless implementation processes for new customers.
- Work with stakeholders to groom the backlog and ensure estimates are done on backlog items by the development team.
- Use estimates and priorities from stakeholders to schedule work and build a project roadmap.
- Report on active project status on a regular cadence and in a comprehensive and professional format.
- Assist development managers and the development team to unblock blockers and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure all parties involved in a project are aware of necessary details, dates, priorities, and statuses.
- Monitor and control all stages of the project life cycle to ensure project targets are met within the project timeline and costs.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years' experience as a project manager or related role on complex technical projects at a software company.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience as a Delivery Manager/Technical Project Manager.
- Technical background and experience with different SDLC methodologies, including Agile.
- Tenacious, self-starter who can effectively distill complex project details into actionable project plans.
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred.
