Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to address customer inquiries in a personalized and friendly manner. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of client products and user profiles, providing timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Support
- Assist new users with questions and issues
- Provide detailed information on account management and network dentist access
- Product Feedback and Improvement
- Seek and provide feedback on product issues and common questions
- Suggest potential improvements to enhance the user experience
- Account Management
- Support users with payment schedules and BNPL product suggestions
- Upsell opportunities for premium services
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer service role, preferably in dental or subscription service support
- Proficiency in English with excellent writing skills
- Full-time availability
- Strong computer skills
