Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
Requirements:
- At least 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in BPO
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- B2 English Proficiency
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Friendly, confident, and knowledgeable demeanor
