Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving

Requirements:

  • At least 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in BPO
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • B2 English Proficiency
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Friendly, confident, and knowledgeable demeanor

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is around $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
