Job Description
Overview: Cordis is a global leader in breakthrough cardiovascular and endovascular solutions. Our mission is to impact millions of lives and broaden access to life-saving technology. We're seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage and maintain multiple calendars, prioritize tasks, and exercise mature judgment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a flexible working attitude.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior leaders in a high growth environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent understanding of English, both written and verbal
