About the Role:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to position rocket code as a leader in AI and software consulting and implementation.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, aligning rocket code's solutions to meet their complex needs.
- Lead Sales Teams: Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Pipeline Development: Build, maintain, and expand a robust sales pipeline with a focus on high-value, long-term opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in business development, sales, or account management roles, with at least 5 years focused on software consulting and implementation.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong ability to manage sales teams, exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Location and Availability: Must reside in Mexico, availability to travel across the country for client meetings, events, and conferences.
