About the Role

The Business Development Manager is a key role in closing new business. You will plan and prioritise business development activities to achieve company revenue goals and sales targets for defined regions. You will come up with innovative commercial strategies to maximise results and reach challenging targets.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Create new opportunities and upsell current customers through the full sales cycle, from outreach to demo and closing.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and finalise all sales in a timely manner.
  • Presentation and negotiation: prepare accurate quotes and develop and present proposals to clients in a professional and confident manner. Negotiate contracts as required, maintaining a balance between optimal service and value for the client and SiteMinder's profit margins.
