Nexeo Plastics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in the Northwest Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering profitable growth in a defined territory by providing solutions to current and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve volume, revenue, and margin growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth.
  • Understand customer objectives, needs, and profitability drivers to provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory issues to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, chemistry, or business.
  • 5-8 years of plastics distribution sales or related industry experience.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent and long-term growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
