Job Summary

At Nuvit Service, we are seeking a skilled Technical Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating information technology systems operations. Your expertise will be crucial in determining user needs and requirements, and recommending ways to improve systems. You will serve as the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff, identifying, documenting, reporting, and tracking system issues. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Management, or Cybersecurity management
3-5 years of experience
Bilingual in both Spanish/English (strong verbal and written)
Experience with Windows AD/LDAP and/or Linux systems administration
Understanding of password vaulting tools (Cyber Ark or equivalent)
Ability to interface with business and technical teams/key stakeholders
Strong general technology background
Ability to manage multiple, ongoing initiatives
Demonstrated ability to frame security and risk-related concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Networking experience
