We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Hewlett Packard. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about technology and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field and a degree in a technical field or equivalent.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by clarifying customer needs and ensuring they are met.
- Handle customer relation problems promptly and appropriately, escalating issues according to established procedures.
- Provide software service and post-sales or service delivery support for local accounts on standard systems.
- Respond to service, product, technical, and customer relations questions.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum Vocational/Diploma/Associate Degree (technical field) equivalent with 1-2 years of working experience in related fields, or Degree holder with no or less than 1 year relevant working experience.
- Thorough knowledge of organization and policies.
- Comprehensive business, technical, or functional knowledge, as well as basic project management skills and communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers, peers, and support partners.
- Ability to perform while under high-pressure situations.
**What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
