  • Talent Management: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline, encourage growth and development, and ensure career paths are identified for top talent.
  • Customer Relationships: Manage and grow relationships between Abbott and its customers in Mexico, ensuring strong partnerships and a positive reputation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to the standards, guidelines, and regulations associated with Ethics and Compliance, setting an example as a role model for the team.
  • Market Trends: Anticipate market trends and environmental forces, implementing necessary changes to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in leadership roles, demonstrating ability to align and integrate diverse business teams and functions to ensure they work together to deliver results.
  • Experience leading and executing complex contract negotiations.
  • Strong P&L understanding and ability to leverage improvements.
  • Experience improving gross margin and delivering division margin consistently.
  • Proven track record in gaining market share or growing the market and/or renewing/defending existing business.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
  • Proven leadership experience managing indirect (distribution) sales channels.
