Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Solutions Manager to join our team in Monterrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring stable support operations and service delivery of the Global Enterprise Solutions systems within a DevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day service operations for Global Enterprise applications in the Americas region.
- Work closely with global service lines and regional SLMs on operational issues and customer concerns.
- Ensure alignment to agreed BAT global Target Operating Model (TOM) processes and standardized ITIL IT Service Management processes.
- Ensure effective evaluation of business risks and issues related to operational incidents.
- Partner engagement and management across various levels within the organization and with service providers.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years' post-graduate experience in managing sophisticated IT services environments.
- Experience in SAP ERP systems (FICO, cFIN, MM/WM, BASIS) covering functional or technical.
- Knowledge of standard process IT Service Management best practice (ITIL) including Incident Management and Problem Management.
- Vendor and service management experience.
- Service orientation and understanding of issues relating to customer happiness.
