- Follow up on customer inquiries and issues, addressing concerns and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Quality Control, Procurement, and Sales, to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track issues, and provide quotes as needed.
- Meet and exceed customer service level agreements, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate in English (C1-C2 level).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain, Transportation, or Distribution.
- US Travel Visa (desirable).
