About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join our team at LinkIT LATAM as a Territory Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our channel partner network in LATAM.

Key Accountabilities
  • Leading and supporting a complex sales process aimed at selling to the largest accounts in the country.
  • Managing an enterprise sales process with target accounts, including identifying and developing relationships with key players in the prospect to influence their decision towards our company.
  • Providing advice, support, and monitoring partners during the sales process, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell and support our software products effectively.
  • Developing and managing an exceptional channel partner community, including identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partners, and providing training and support to ensure they can effectively sell and support our software products.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar; MBA a plus.
  • 15+ years of experience with proven results in Enterprise software or channel sales for leading software vendors, preferably in the Software Quality space, ERP, Cloud, DevOps, or App Development.
  • Strong relationships with the country's top +250 accounts and major SI and GSIs.
  • A competitive spirit that can drive him/her to excel in their role.
  • English: Strong writing and verbal business proficiency.
