**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cx Team Leader 4Pl at Damco Spain Sl. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer experience strategy and outcomes, executing cost-saving plans, and improving customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure excellent customer service and experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing a team and driving customer experience initiatives.
  • End-to-end knowledge of import and export operations.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Effective leadership and coaching skills.
  • Prioritization capabilities and cost consciousness.
