We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our Cisco Global CX Centers team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving performance and delivery excellence across our network of strategic delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational roadmaps to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure organizational priorities are aligned and standard methodologies are shared
- Initiate opportunities to streamline and improve customer and agent experience
- Partner with Strategy and Readiness on new services introduction and service validation
- Work with the training design team on training development and vendor training delivery
- Strong communication skills at all levels of management
- Ability to present and connect with executives
- Customer focus and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
