About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our Cisco Global CX Centers team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving performance and delivery excellence across our network of strategic delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational roadmaps to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure organizational priorities are aligned and standard methodologies are shared
  • Initiate opportunities to streamline and improve customer and agent experience
  • Partner with Strategy and Readiness on new services introduction and service validation
  • Work with the training design team on training development and vendor training delivery
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills at all levels of management
  • Ability to present and connect with executives
  • Customer focus and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
