Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to join our Shared Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and maintaining HR data, analyzing metrics and trends, and preparing regular and ad-hoc reports to present to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, and 2-5 years of previous HR Generalist experience in Data Analytics.
About the Role
As an HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Collecting and maintaining HR data, including employee demographics, performance evaluations, compensation details, and turnover rates.
- Analyzing HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing HR processes and policies.
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present HR data to stakeholders, including senior management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of previous HR Generalist experience in Data Analytics.
- Knowledge in Dayforce, workforce, and TRESS is desired.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (70% intermediate level).
