We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in aligning our people strategy with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership
    • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
    • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient operation of our HR functions.
    • Set day-to-day goals and objectives for team members to ensure the achievement of HR objectives.
  • HR Program Administration
    • Administer human resources plans and programs to ensure the efficient operation of our business units or departments.
    • Monitor personnel budgets and identify areas of non-alignment with overall HR budgets.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve retention rates.
    • Improve the effectiveness of employee engagement activities.
  • Staffing and Employee Relations
    • Perform and direct staffing duties, including dispute mediation and employee dismissals.
    • Administer disciplinary procedures to ensure fair and effective human resource management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree - Master's degree (desirable).
  • 5 years of experience in the HR field.
  • Proficient in English - Business conversations.
  • Experience in global manufacturing organizations.
