- Monitor personnel budgets and identify areas of non-alignment with overall HR budgets.
- Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve retention rates.
- Improve the effectiveness of employee engagement activities.
- Staffing and Employee Relations
- Perform and direct staffing duties, including dispute mediation and employee dismissals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree - Master's degree (desirable).
- 5 years of experience in the HR field.
