- Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient operation of our HR functions.
- Set day-to-day goals and objectives for team members to ensure the achievement of HR objectives.
- HR Program Administration
- Administer human resources plans and programs to ensure the efficient operation of our business units or departments.
- Monitor personnel budgets and identify areas of non-alignment with overall HR budgets.
- Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve retention rates.
- Improve the effectiveness of employee engagement activities.
- Staffing and Employee Relations
- Perform and direct staffing duties, including dispute mediation and employee dismissals.
- Administer disciplinary procedures to ensure fair and effective human resource management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree - Master's degree (desirable).
- 5 years of experience in the HR field.
- Proficient in English - Business conversations.
- Experience in global manufacturing organizations.
