About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our After-Sales Support team at VusionGroup. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for managing our Level 1 external service provider and Level 2 support, ensuring the effective resolution of support requests, and coaching and leading the team to maximize customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Support Team: Oversee the daily operations of the support team, ensuring that all support requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to support team members to improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to handle complex support requests.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently high, and that all support requests are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Team Performance: Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer support or team lead role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
