Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Operations Support professionals, delegating tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient operations and recommending new work procedures to streamline processes.
  • Conduct training, monitor quality and quantity of team work, and provide feedback on performance, including making recommendations on pay increases, promotions, and terminations.
  • Analyze operations information and make evaluative judgments to solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Responsible for identifying and resolving routine problems and operational issues with broader departmental impact within established procedures.
  • Identify hiring needs to ensure adequate staffing and serve as a backup for the manager as needed.
  • Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy, with the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage teams and fulfill client needs while providing an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of related business experience, including at least one year of supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software.
  • Proactive leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Proven organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
