PepsiCo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Junior Analyst to join our team. As a Sales Junior Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering Planogram Service and Category Development support to the Latam region markets.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain planograms under the guidance of a project leader.
- Replicate planograms for massive projects, managing time, workloads, and quality assurance.
- Visit point of sale locations to generate and update a database of images and measurements of products and fixtures.
- Contribute to boosting sales and strengthening relationships with commercial partners.
As a Sales Junior Analyst, your functions will include:
- Reducing the gap between SOS and SOM, ensuring the correct distribution of spaces and delivering best-in-class planogram solutions.
- Developing, modifying, updating, and analyzing planograms.
- Landing the Category Manager's Strategy on planograms, requiring project, workloads, and resources management.
- Updating product images and measurements on a regular basis.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or International Business education.
- Desirable experience in planogramming, advanced Excel skills, database management, and sales indicator analysis.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
