We're seeking a seasoned customer success leader to join our team in Mexico as a Manager for the AMR Scale Team. This individual will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Scale XM Success Managers to ensure our enterprise and corporate customers achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Scale XM Success Managers to drive customer renewal and expansion targets
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive business growth and customer success
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
- A proven track record of driving business growth and customer success
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans to drive business results
- Passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional frontline experiences
