The Customer Success Associate role is a critical component of our mission to ensure healthy revenue and enable customer-facing teams to prioritize their time towards high-risk and high-need accounts. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with finance, marketing, product, engineering, sales, legal, security, and other teams to produce deliverables that drive customer success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to produce critical deliverables that support customer-facing teams.
  • Partner with customer-facing account teams to optimize the renewal journey and drive business impact.
  • Surface and present actionable insights to support Book of Business management and planning.
  • Assist with customer-facing events, such as webinars, user groups, product demos, and XM Days.
  • Research and summarize key materials to answer client questions and track feature requests.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to be proactive
  • Collaboration skills
  • Proficient written and verbal English communication
  • Desire to improve processes and work through ambiguity
  • Interest in the technology industry
