About the Role

Emerson is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving orders growth within a defined geographical territory, representing all technologies across the Rosemount portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Orders Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and/or expand our presence at existing accounts, while continuously developing your knowledge of Rosemount's vast portfolio.
  2. Develop Leads and New Accounts: Collaborate with the business development managers' sales team to develop leads and new accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction within the territory.
  3. Capture Market and Price Growth: Manage CRM opportunity funnel for the territory, load opportunities, track progress, maintain timely updates, quote, and ultimately close deals.
  4. Ensure High Customer Satisfaction: Proactively expand application and technology knowledge to ensure lasting success and customer satisfaction.
  5. Develop and Execute Customer Seminars: Organize and deliver customer seminars, training, and hands-on application workshops to support the overall region.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Control, Electric, Industrial, Chemical, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 Years Experience: Business-to-business sales environment and industrial/manufacturing market.
  3. Outside Sales Experience: Industrial products with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
