Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client portfolio. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand our client portfolio.
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including banks and gateways.
- Present and introduce our payment solutions to prospective clients and partners.
- Monitor and track sales campaigns and performance metrics.
- Present sales indicators to enhance performance and pinpoint opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals with C-Level clients.
- Generate commercial proposals and documentation.
- Manage and administer our CRM system.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and our implementation process.
- Lead generation in various markets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate-Advanced business English.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in negotiation and influencing.
- Experience with CRM/Salesforce, or willingness to learn.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening skills, and strong math and analytical skills.
- Well organized with diligent follow-up skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to hold face-to-face meetings or travel when needed.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and effective time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently.
- Track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- Payment processing or other financial services experience is preferred.
- 3 years experience in service and sales environments.
