Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Oracle. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling technology software products and related services in a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase local market share.
  • Manage accounts through the entire sales process, from business development and prospecting to contract negotiations and post-sales support.
  • Leverage the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and expand business partner revenue and self-sufficiency.
  • Provide direction and mentoring to team members and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve sales and related issues and build strong relationships to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 8 years of applicable experience, including 7 years of technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and developing territories and accounts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to forecast and manage sales expenses.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
