Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Epson America, Inc. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Service Coordinators, Authorized Service Centers, End Users, Product Managers, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, Sales Executives, Wholesalers and Distributors, and Retail to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Report to the Service & Technical Support Manager and work closely with the team to achieve service excellence.
  • Meet the minimum experience requirements, which include some specialist or admin experience (2-5 years) and completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.).
  • Meet the physical requirements, which include close visual acuity, occasional grasping, handling objects, hearing, standing, talking, and using repetitive motions.
  • Travel up to 25% for business purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a service delivery or technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
