About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Growth Strategist for Eater Engagement to join our team at DiDi Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing strategies for the Eater Engagement vertical across México, Central America, and the Caribbean.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the regional growth strategy for the Eater Engagement vertical
  • Manage a high-performing team responsible for city operations and growth optimization
  • Conduct analysis to define optimal ways of improving operations and processes at a national level
  • Manage multi-functional projects with complex scope that stretch across departments within the organization
  • Advocate for the user experience and growth, translating that perspective into initiatives across teams
  • Ensure the right development of the team, modeling a culture that prioritizes open feedback and structures the development of high-performing analysts and interns
Requirements
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in high-performance environments with operations and strategy focus
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. business, management, engineering, marketing, economics, finance)
  • Thought leader with robust experience managing high-performing multi-level teams
  • Clear strategic thinker able to navigate ambiguous, data-rich environments
  • Data-driven manager with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (SQL, Python, R, Power BI) to manage a team who uses them day-to-day
  • Passion to drive changes and improvement, with experience defining and implementing scalable processes and solutions
  • Strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively within the team and in the organization
  • Full proficiency in English and Spanish
