About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Finance Manager - Indirects to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing spend analytics and supplier information management strategies for our OPEX and A&M categories/subcategories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a governance framework around spend analytics to gain deeper insights into current white spaces for OPEX and A&M.
  • Lead the transformation and digitalization strategy for the Procurement Finance team to standardize and agilize end-to-end forecasting processes across categories.
  • Coordinate and align support for other mid/long-term business priorities agendas, such as sustainability and workforce planning, by leading cross-functional efforts to meet business sustainability goals.
  • Leverage relationships outside of PepsiCo to provide valuable feedback regarding design-to-value productivity initiatives in the industry, bringing P&L savings to the business.
  • Review, align, and approve accurate financial deliverables, including AOP, monthly forecasts, sensitivity analysis, end-of-month reports, and coverage, to support OUs' correct financing planning needed to reach their VRN targets.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis for LATAM's Indirects Procurement Senior Director, giving total cost of ownership visibility needed to make better financial decisions regarding PepsiCo's supplier selection, resulting in savings.
  • Build and track the commercial DPO target, driving productivity initiatives to generate incremental cash flow to PEP while providing payment increase opportunities insights monthly.
Requirements
  • BA in Finance, Economics, or Administration.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Finance/Administration roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in business English, both oral and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Usage and knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerBI, SQL, and VBA.
  • Leverage knowledge of core business and trade economics to make informed decisions resulting in positive financial outcomes.
  • Analyze and anticipate performance trends and external events, providing recommendations to drive business results.
  • Lead the development of long-term strategies and performance targets, making informed recommendations and ensuring alignment with the business strategy.
  • Provide timely and accurate information for management reporting, generating insightful and significant business analyses.
  • Provide finance business perspective in developing Operations projects.
  • Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.
  • Advocate sound financial/business decision making while demonstrating honesty/integrity.
  • Adaptable to a multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong collaboration/matrix management.
