**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Reach International Consulting. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our SOFOM division.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including travel bookings, meeting documentation, and general administrative tasks.
  • Handle liaison matters with external partners and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Translate documents from English to Spanish, maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
  • Support with day-to-day operational tasks, including data entry, filing, and other administrative duties.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a secretary/Assistant/Administrator role.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Ideal candidate will possess some knowledge of the SOFOM industry or has a background in legal.
  • Start-up or scale-up experience.
  • Fluent and clear spoken English.
