Business Development Representative

Latinx Revops is a New York-based start-up company located in Leon, Gto, that offers a unique work culture inspired by the Big Apple: a relaxed atmosphere with intense work. We are looking for talented Business Development representatives to join our fast-paced team and help us increase the productivity of our client's sales teams.
As a Business Development representative, you will be responsible for cold calling clients, qualifying businesses, setting appointments, sending manifestos, analyzing business structures, building relationships, representing the company in direct customer negotiations, opening new accounts, growing current customer accounts, and delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing service that exceeds expectations. You will also review and input general and specific data in the CRM, as well as perform other duties and projects assigned by your manager.
We offer a competitive salary of $5,000.00 per month, plus monthly bonus programs and incentives that can increase your income. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. You should be motivated by individual and team achievement, and have knowledge and use of tools like CRM software, Phone Dialer software, and Google Drive. Excellent spoken and written English are required.
