Regional Business Developer

FabricAir is a global leader in fabric-based air distribution solutions, seeking a highly motivated Regional Business Developer to expand our presence in the T6 Central Mexico territory.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to contribute significantly to our rapidly growing organisation. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in executing our sales strategy and building strong partnerships with clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Executing all development and commercial activity in the assigned territory, including prospecting, visiting clients, requesting and sending quotes, communication with the technical department, tracking quotes, deal closing and post-sales.
- Identifying, evaluating and incorporating new contractors, manufacturer representatives, consulting engineers, and wholesalers to expand our network.
- Reviewing projects in your territory, coordinating with the Inside Sales team and clients to ensure smooth sales execution.
- Actively participating in local industry events, trade shows and exhibitions to promote our solutions and foster valuable connections.
- Maintaining and updating critical information daily in our CRM system (Pipedrive) for effective sales tracking and reporting.
We are looking for a focused and targeted individual with a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. Key qualifications include:
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management, with a focus on technical or HVAC industries being a plus.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications with a strong understanding of sales processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English, along with interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel 80% across the assigned territory for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales tracking and presentations.
