Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Dental Sales Representative to join our team at Medical Departures Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to convert leads into appointments, meeting and beating daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, and accurately documenting interactions with prospects and patients in our CRM tool.

We are a fully remote company with a team spread throughout Latin-America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

About the Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound sales calls through phone/WhatsApp for warm, cold leads to convert into appointments
  • Making outbound sales calls through phone/WhatsApp to remind patients of their pending appointments
  • Making outbound sales calls through phone/WhatsApp to follow-up with patients who have attended appointments
  • Meeting and beating daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Accurately documenting interactions with prospects and patients in our CRM tool
  • Following up on tasks by meeting established SLAs
  • Working within the agreed shift schedule

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, 2+ years of cold calling experience, and fluency in English (verbal and written). Spanish language skills are a plus.

Candidates should also have experience meeting or beating sales targets, proven top-tier sales performance, and extensive technical experience with MS Office or Google Business Suite, CRM tools, phones, and chat platforms.
