About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Process Specialist to join our Digital Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that service level agreements and obligations are met. You will work closely with our team to drive standardization and simplification of processes, provide input for training materials, and analyze and report on exceptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes
- Provide training and support to team members on process changes
- Analyze and report on process metrics and exceptions
- Lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team
Requirements
- Experience in process design and mapping, and business requirement gathering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
