The Role: The Collections Analyst will focus specifically on customer account collections for past due amounts, ensuring timely payment and resolving issues efficiently. Key responsibilities include generating past due notices, contacting customers for payment, documenting responses, and escalating collection issues as needed. Additionally, you will assess and recommend write-offs, generate periodic statements, monitor customer performance, and provide first contact resolution to customer inquiries.
Your Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Order to Cash process and customer payment applications is essential, along with prior experience using SAP, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Lotus Notes. English Proficiency is required, as is the ability to analyze charges and negotiate payment terms with customers. A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are also necessary for this position.
