Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement best practices in contact management to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Contact Management team to identify and address technical considerations and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, and communicate potential gaps to relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform quality checks and support process standardization to maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contact management and digital technology, with a good understanding of technical considerations.
  • Advanced English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and liaise with management.
  • Numeracy skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong understanding of procedures and systems.
