We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing a customer-centric approach to our customers, presenting the highest quality of every piece, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience that meets luxury standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide a customer-centric attention and present the highest quality of every piece
• Deal with all client segments, including VIP
• Ensure an excellent customer service experience, meeting luxury standards and the Journey to Sales Excellence
• Know the pieces' specifications to present them
• Stick to security measures and procedures
• Make inventory reports
• Client prospecting
