New Life Georgia, a leading international fertility clinic and surrogacy agency, is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Main Responsibilities- Respond to new patient inquiries and provide expert advice on our programs;
- Assist patients with all program-related questions and concerns;
- Analyze and convert leads into successful client relationships;
- Set and review sales goals, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction;
- Monitor lead conversion rates, track progress, and maintain open communication with clients;
- Manage documentation, monthly reports, and maintain accurate records;
- Collaborate closely with doctors and the sales team to achieve shared objectives;
- Exceptional negotiation, diplomacy, and team-building skills;
- Strong background in sales, marketing, and negotiation;
- Fluency in English (verbal and written);
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills;
- Able to travel for business purposes;
