  • Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms.
  • Innate curiosity and unwillingness to settle for noticeable results.
  • Ability to understand the business and meet expectations at all organizational levels, recruiting for technical and business positions.
  • Experience in an international company.
  • Proactive attitude towards improving recruiting processes.
