Project Resource Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Resource Management Specialist to join our Planning and Resource Management (PRM) group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and appropriate responses to new and existing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose staff and provide CVs for potential projects, following agreement of applicable functional counterparts.
  • Oversee and update the resource management database tool in relation to staff allocation to projects.
  • Maintain and improve accuracy of information stored in the resourcing database for the assigned staff pool.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports and information to functional leadership.
  • Support CV database management.
  • Support PRM Manager in providing clear and detailed information for inclusion in proposals.
  • Produce and analyze reports that accurately forecast future resource needs/resource availabilities.
  • Ensure optimization of assigned versus costed resources.
  • Work with functional management, Business Development (BD) and clinical study teams to ensure resource requests are resolved within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
  • Use existing procedures to solve problems and analyze information to make judgments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree completed.
  • English advanced fluent.
  • Previous experience in roles such as business associate, project specialist, product support analyst, or project assistant is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, extremely organized, understanding priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (reports and dashboards).
  • Experience in resource management or workforce planning is also a plus.
