Job Summary
Sales Manager - SPT México para Canadá (Mining Equipment Rental)

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team in the Canada division, based in Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet established targets and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales tactics to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and distributors
- Identify new rental and sale opportunities
- Negotiate and close sales agreements
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations
- Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs
- Develop campaigns and promotional materials
- Provide post-sales support
- Maintain pricing strategies and products
- Prepare and manage budgets for commercial activities on a national scale

Requirements
- Fluency in French and English language
- Located at Mexico
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience in sales and key account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments
- Experience in budget management and reporting
- Experience working with CRM and ERP
- Availability to travel and participate in events, conferences, and fairs
