Senior Sales Development Manager

Krayden Inc. is a leading technical distributor that partners with industry's premier suppliers to deliver engineered solutions, customized support, and best in class responsiveness to customers.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to support our Mexico territory. This role requires exercising independent judgment to perform various responsibilities summarized below.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account plans/campaigns to identify additional business with past purchasers as well as new accounts to penetrate.
- Utilize customer profile data to target accounts with the greatest potential and match business fit with Krayden.
- Probing of customer/prospect needs to uncover sales opportunities.
- Responsible for retaining sales in assigned accounts and developing strategic marketing campaigns within the Territory.
- Cordinate and execute special product offerings working in conjunction with product managers to increase sales and vendor support.
- Partner with Marketing, Tech support and other departments as necessary to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns within Territory.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of industry experience; Chemical Manufacturing or Engineering preferred.
- Industry experience or knowledge in Electronics, Aerospace, Transportation, or Contract Manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Proven experience driving successful sales results (sales growth year over year, improved customer retention, quantifiable business results, etc.)
- Proven results in providing value added service to customers.
- Strong PC and computer software experience Microsoft word, outlook, excel, PowerPoint and CRM Software.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
