**About the Role**

Hexagon Mining, Inc. seeks a talented Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth in LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and managing dealer, agent, and related entity relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to grow the Hexagon Mining product portfolio in each country/region/developing market.
  2. Manage sales leads through to closure, monitoring against approved budgets to ensure financial results are on target.
  3. Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with key account figures, dealers, agents, and related Hexagon entities.
  4. Negotiate sales contracts and associated install and commissioning milestones.
  5. Represent Hexagon Mining in industry events and tradeshows, collaborating with the Product Management & Marketing team, and Sales & Account Management teams.

**Requirements**:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering (Mining/Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Proven successful sales and account management track record.
  • Commercial experience dealing with technical products and solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications:** Strong presentation skills, aptitude for developing plans and strategies, and advanced skills in developing and maintaining strong strategic relationships.
