Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Perform various administrative duties, including travel, lodging, and expense reports, conference room reservations, and coordinating team meetings and site events.
    • Act as liaison to other administrative assistants, coordinate office moves, and prepare emails, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Distribute incoming communications, evaluate priorities, and conduct research and compile data as needed.
  • Office Operations
    • Distribute incoming mail and packages, arrange and track package shipments, and schedule maintenance and repairs for office equipment.
    • Maintain office supply ordering and inventory, order and maintain office equipment, and serve as liaison with contractors.
  • Liaison and Support
    • Serve as an effective liaison between various Micron sites, departments, and other TPG locations in resolving day-to-day administrative problems.
    • Provide department support, area/building support, and back-up support to other TPG administrative assistants.
  • Training and Support
    • Train incoming administrative professionals as needed.
    • Travel and calendar support for TPG vice presidents as needed.

Qualifications

  • Successful candidates will have 5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support.
  • Excellent calendar management skills, experience arranging complex travel, and ability to interact with team members at all levels.
  • Reliable attention to detail, flexibility, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, bilingual in Spanish and English, and previous experience developing policies and procedures.
  • Strong decision-making capability, organization skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well with others and without direct supervision.
  • Notary Public.

Education

  • Associates or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
