Electronics Support Role

Your Role
- Execute officer support and administration tasks across departments and cultures.
- Support the head of organization units and direct teams in their work tasks.
- Prepare and account for team trips according to given guidelines.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Support cross-functional teams in handling inquiries.
- Coordinate customer and internal visits, as well as company events.
- Help drive key initiatives and support critical meetings.
- Lead work environment initiatives and constant improvement activities.
- Support executive presentations and data gathering.
- General knowledge of the purchasing process for EPW.
- Enter invoices into the system and handle quotations.
Your Qualifications
- Intermediate office knowledge.
- English proficiency.
- Task-oriented and objective-driven individual.
- Problem solver with a strong drive and creative thinking.
- Flexible, adaptable, with good communication and follow-up skills.
