About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our operations team as an Operations Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring all information is complete and correctly staged.
  • Draft and send emails to our sales team, including follow-up communications and post-sales sales-demos.
  • Coordinate and manage the team calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling to focus on critical tasks while preventing overlaps.
  • Provide general support and ticketing, managing chat and email, especially during peak hours.
  • Assist in creating sales presentations and basic graphic design work, utilizing existing templates and information from our CRM system.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in client support or operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Hubspot.
  • Excellent time management skills for effective calendar coordination and task management.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of handling customer queries and internal email drafting.
  • Basic graphic design and PowerPoint skills to assist in creating sales materials.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
