Your New Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and providing operational excellence to our global recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring team interviews and debrief sessions, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Manage all logistics for interviews and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates.
- Assist with operational requests, such as posting job advertisements and administering legal documents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced English skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Previous experience working collaboratively with a team.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and sense of urgency.
