- Strong technical background in data science, predictive analytics, cloud computing, and enterprise software.
- Experience in providing technical support to clients, either in a technical support role or in a related field such as sales or consulting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide creative solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
- Experience with data science tools, such as RapidMiner, SAS, SPSS, R, and Python.
- Experience with enterprise applications stacks, including AWS, Azure, ActiveDirectory, BI applications, RDBMS, and mainframe systems.
- Knowledge of standard tools for system administration in Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce, Confluence, and Jira.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
