Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and support regarding various services, including DIRECTV, Land Line, Cell Phone, and Internet.
  • Achieve collection goals by negotiating overdue account payments and providing billing support.
  • Listen, respond, and resolve customer issues consistently throughout your shift.
  • Utilize a personal computer to take notes and research billing questions while engaging with customers on the phone.
  • Communicate effectively and negotiate with customers to overcome objections and find solutions.
Requirements
  • Advanced conversational English skills to converse seamlessly with U.S. customers.
  • Personal computer experience with Microsoft Windows and Office.
  • Previous experience in customer care, billing, collections, or similar roles is highly desired.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during operation hours from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm CST, Monday to Friday.
  • Ability to work in the office 100% of the time.

Training and Development

You will be required to attend 100% of your training at the office (between 1-3 months). During your 90-day trial period, you will not be authorized to request vacation or personal days off.

This is not a work-from-home role. Schedules are based on performance, seniority, and the operating hours of your site.

Training is paid, and certain benefits also start accruing at the start of training, like meal and grocery vouchers.
